I've used it twice and haven't noticed anything in terms of benefits, but it also hasn't broken me out (which is huge for me-my skin is very sensitive)! The packaging is simple but luxe, with holographic printing, and it's expensive but there's plenty of serum in the sachets for an extra use (or two) the next day in conjunction with cotton pads.
