Best base coat ever.

My nails are in rough condition and 3 coats of this base coat sets them up perfectly to receive and hold onto my color of choice. 2-3 coats of color and 2 coats of top coat make my nails very strong. Soft, brittle nails are growing out nicely and look good during this process.
