When people say this exfoliates, I don't know if that is the right term. So if that is what you are looking for your might be disappointed, but if you love Holi Frog, vitamin C, a good lather, and good cleansers - you will love this! I mix this in with their blue cleanser and I love the way it lathers up. My skin feels clean without being stripped.
