I loved this balm at first and thought I had found a replacement to Drunk Elephant's cleansing balm. I wasn't thrilled at the amount of product for the price (as I double cleanse each night) but was willing to live with it for great results. And then the congested skin came. I hoped it was a fluke so I never threw it out and would go back to it every now and again to check. Sure enough - each time I used it again a few nights in a row like clockwork my forehead and jawline would go from clear to bleh. I will forever buy Holifrog's milky wash (its amazing) but this for me was a miss.
