I really loved this product but the red on the lid of the jar kept flaking...

I really loved this product but the red on the lid of the jar kept flaking off and sticking to my hands whenever I used it. I would have to wash my hands to get the flakes off before getting any product but eventually I'd get the flakes into the jar too, making it unusable. I had the same problem with their eye cream since it also has a red lid. Really disappointed and hoping they do better on the next batch. I'll have to try something else for now.
