I don't get a lot of pimples like I used to, but when I get one it stands out. I tried many patches and a lot ot them don't work well. These Mighty Patches are different. First of all, they stay in place overnight. This is important because you need it to sit still for several hours for it to work. It didn't bother my skin so I was able to sleep well. After trying this on a pimple patch my pimple was almost completely gone in the morning.
