I don’t use this every day other than even every week, but when I want to look better, or when I really look tired, it’s a godsend. I have these two small glass rods that live in the fridge (trying to think of something most people might own - test tubes? Old perfume vials?). I roll them over the patch back & forth & it works even better, against swelling. I don’t always have time to sit and do this however, and the product works well on its own.
