Different from the spot patches, it was a full face patch, 1 for each area of the face that covered a big chunk of the skin, which is great for zone acnes. I loved how easy it was to use, and the pack included a diagram showing where the patches go, plus each patch was labeled with where it is meant to be used. Regarding the effectiveness, Hero is a heroic brand that works on my acne, and I have loved it since forever. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review. All opinions are my own.
