I received the Bright Eyes Illuminating Eye Cream as a part of the Stellar Product Testing panel and I have really enjoyed it. The packaging was sleek, modern, and colorful. I absolutely loved the stainless steel applicator tip! It’s so cooling and soothing on tired eyes. The formula is smooth and doesn’t leave any greasy residue, making it easy to layer with a moisturizer and/or other makeup. It does in fact lessen the appearance of my dark circles, but I don’t think anything can completely erase them. It’s a great every day product, for most days when I don’t wear makeup, but still want to look awake.
