I am always excited to try new products for the undereye area. I couldn't wait to test out Bright Eyes Illuminating Eye Cream, thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel! I really liked the cool feel of the applicator tip. I felt like it was soothing to my undereye area. The product itself is simply applied, but it is difficult to blend in using the applicator tip - I always finished application with my fingertip. The product made my dark circles appear a little less dark, but not exactly bright. I'm not sure if I'd purchase the product or not. I do plan on continuing to use this product, so my opinion my change.
