I have been a regular customer of Lookfantastic for several years and have placed many orders through the site. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I purchased the Heliocare 360° Mineral Tolerance Fluid SPF50 50ml. When I opened the product and tried to use it, a large amount of watery liquid came out first, which made me question the product's quality and consistency. This was not what I expected from a product of this type, and it has left me concerned about quality control. As a long-time customer, I found this particularly frustrating, and because of this experience, I no longer use the Lookfantastic website. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
