I never heard of a dry brush. But I figured if it was part of the Goop skin care routine, I had to buy it and find out what all the hub-bub was all about with this brush. I was pleasantly surprised. It does clean off all the dead skin cells/ flakes. Brushing in an upward motion definitely rejuvinates the skin and helps with the flow of blood thru the legs and arms. I dont remrmber to use the brush everynight before showering but the nights i do use it, i can feel a difference!
