I love a lot of Goop face products. I bought this body scrub based on the favorable reviews. A lot of people commented they love the smell. One person didn't and said it smells like patchouli; but that review was the only negative one so I ordered it. IT DOES smell like patchouli! Which to me is SO AWFUL. It smells a bit like mildew and chemicals also. Maybe this is generational? I'm 55 y/o female. But Gwyneth must like it? I'm so annoyed - I washed my sheets today so know I have to shower again to get the smell off, wash my towel and clothes, and my bathroom smells like it (my husband says it's making him gag). Anyway - there are a lot of good smelling body scrubs out there - if you are hesitant about liking patchouli RUN AWAY from this! I'm sitting here disgusted by getting whiffs of it off my skin.
