Crumbled Eyeshadow Everywhere!!!!

This was my first time ordering from Butter London. I had received their eyeshadow in an Ipsy bag and loved the way it goes on so smooth. I was excited to order this beautiful plum pallet for a special event. When i opened the box I noticed eyeshadow crumbles all inside the bottom. I opened the pallet and the broken eye shadows fell out on my shirt and my bedding. Eyeshadow everywhere. A cosmetics company should know how to properly pack a delicate shadow pallet! I am utterly disappointed. Will not be ordering from Butter again. :(
