Disappointing customer service, especially for such an expensive product. The item arrived defective and would not turn on. I no longer had the original packaging, but was told it was required for a return. After voicing my frustration, I was told I could try returning the item without the box, but that it would likely be rejected by the returns department. There was no way to know the product was defective before opening and discarding the packaging. I will not be ordering from Dermstore again.
