I love using it every day and have the idea that it has strengthened my hair. I also use supplements and the serum. So everything is possible, and I have very little hair falling out in the shower. The only thing is that all the Foreo gadgets come with separate subscriptions for options. I wish they would offer just one subscription. I am based in Europe, and it was very hard to purchase this product and then get it here through a service. I could not let it ship directly to Europe. But I am glad I was able to obtain it!
