This used to be my favorite cleanser. It removed all my makeup. I would use my toner after cleansing and it the cotton ball would show no sign of makeup. Now besides changing from a pump to tube the product doesn't clean the way it used to. When I use the cotton ball after cleansing it is covered with makeup. I am very disappointed. Why would you fix something that wasn't broken????
