The lip balm I ordered has been on their shelf at least one year or more...

The lip balm I ordered has been on their shelf at least one year or more because the expiration date is in 3 months!!! When I first used the lip balm it can out like sand, dry and discolored!!!! And they wouldn't refund it. They said with 3 month expiration date is normal.
