I have wavy, soft, fine hair and I wanted to slick back my shorter front bits on non-wash days. Initially the gel worked and looked good, but after an hour or so the front bits are totally loose and all the gel feels like it’s disappeared from my hair. It has left less flyaways, but hasn’t kept it it in place at all.
