I can tell that this is a high-quality moisturizer, but something about it feels too thick to be as hydrating as I need it to be. Some of the other reviews said it has more of a matte finish and now I see what they meant, because the glowy look is from the Mica, not from hydrating ingredients. It’s so thick that I need to pump 3-4 times to cover my face and neck, and I even mix it with the squalane oil that Dr. Bowe recommended in one of her Instagram videos for extra dry skin.
