This product is great and worth the money (5 star review for the product only). I found it via a facial spa and purchased it separately due to it working really well for my skin. Buy the product! But DO NOT BUY it from this retailer. I’m leaving this review to warn others of the terrible experience I’ve had. First off, I ordered this product at the end of November and received the wrong item in the shipment. It happens, fine. I contacted customer service and was asked if I wanted to keep the incorrect product or if I wanted what I originally bought. Next I was emailed a return shipping label for USPS and a return invoice to be included within the return package. USPS doesn’t print anything other than labels so I had to make a separate trip to UPS to print the invoice (if the invoice wasn’t included, Dermstore would not accept the return. Period.) Finally returned the item via USPS on December 13th and as of today, December 30th, I have no idea where my return is as the USPS tracking said it “was returned to an agent” and Dermstore said “there’s been a delay”. I still do not have the product I’ve already been charged for basically a month ago. No update from Dermstore since December 19th. Who knows if I’ll ever get what I paid for. Honestly it feels like a scam.
