I've been using these a few times a week for about a month - my skin has definitely cleared up and seems smoother. I started using these around the same time I switched to Elta MD sunscreen, so it's hard to tell which product is mainly responsible for the improvement, but I do notice that my skin looks immediately brighter after using the micro peel pads. There's a slight tingling, but no major irritation so far (and I have very sensitive skin).
