The roll on had a snag of plastic i had to file down with a nail filer so it wouldn't scratch my skin, but after that the application was easy. I didn't know what to expect as the product was not explained well as far as what kind of eye cream it would be, but I can say that my skin is extremely sensitive and I felt it coming on strong. At the end of the day my eyes looked brighter and it helped with my under eye bags and my skin was very hydrated.
