I have always responded well to Retinol. That said, I've used some form of Retinol on my face for over 20 years and I think my skin has become somewhat resistant to it's benefits. I haven't seen a noticeable change in my crows feet or hyperpigmentation, however the skin around my eyes is more hydrated and supple making fine lines & wrinkles less noticeable.
