I usually buy collagen supplements but I thought I would give this a try however I’m intermittent fasting and I didn’t realise I was messing up my fasting up because I was adding the daily dose to my black coffee in the mornings. And I had no idea but that comes to about 80 cal. I know I could’ve changed it to a different time of day but I would rather save my calories for food. But if you are fine with calories, then go for it I’m sure it’s probably very good but for me personally I’m gonna stick to capsules. It did mix up very well though, and I couldn’t taste it.
