I’ve used this product for about three months (the recommended time to notice effectiveness). I have done lots of research into Lions Mane and this product scores highly (especially in the powdered form). I do think it aids cognitive clarity but it does upset my digestive system a little. Is it worth the money, no but I’ll only purchase it with a discount code or similar reduction in cost.
