This shampoo did make my hair look or feel better. It is super drying casing irritation to my scalp and body. I knew as soon as I rinsed my hair that it was going to be a problem because my hair was extremely squeaky. I do require fragrance free products and although this is super expensive, I tried anyway since there are so few options that meet my needs. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. For reference, I have fine, dry, unprocessed shoulder length hair that I air dry.
