What is in this primer??

I used this product for the first time on Saturday. I was very careful not to use it under my eyes, but somehow, something got in the outside corner of my right eye. I know I didn't get close enough to actually touch my eye, but if it was just fumes, then that's not good either. I also did not like the 'cooling' effect from the primer, it felt like my face was burning. By the time I had the foundation on, my right eye was stinging so bad that I had to remove everything, wash my face and use a product that I was used to instead. It is now Wednesday and my eye has been watering and twitching since Saturday. I don't know what ingredient gave me this reaction but I will definitely NOT be using this product again!
