I don’t understand how a company can be so bad at customer service. When my initial order was lost (courier company that was used delivered to a completely different address then refused to speak to me) I asked for a refund and not a replacement. So a replacement was sent and lost again. I told the I’m every single communication I did not want a replacement but a refund.
