This oil is a little heavy for my skin for daytime use, but excellent at night. I use this after my retin A to prevent any dry flakes in the morning. It leaves my skin feeling very soft and imparts a glow. It does have coconut oil, but that has not caused any breakouts or reaction on my skin.
