I think this is a good oil but I haven't seen any incredible results from it. I have been using at night to ensure to my skin stays hydrated and the winter and I think it has done a good job of keeping my skin moist. I was a little worried because it felt really thick when I first applied it but to its credit it applies and absorbs very well. For hydration I think it has worked well but I have not noticed any particular glow or sun damage addressed.
