I was told by the spa to use this in the morning and at night initially so I did and my skin had no adverse reactions which is great. Definitely cleaning up my skin with continued use. A little goes a long way with this product but I'm not in love with it (for not other reason than it just didn't knock my socks off). Still would recommend it to others though.
