I've been using this product for the past 3 years. I've been buying it from a local retail location. I tried Derm Store because of the available discount. It is not the same product that I have been using. The texture is completely different. It is not smooth and creamy. I also ordered nail files. They were thrown in the box loose so the $65 lotion containers were completely scratched up. I called and was told they will put a note in the system that says not to package that way again. Very disappointed with quality and service! I will not be buying from Derm Store again.
