I originally received a free sample of this and had to buy after that first use. Firstly it smells amazing. Its a light exfoliation (they also do a stronger exfoliation salt scrub) but it was just what i needed. Its helped a lot with my hair regrowth after losing it to chemo. I would absolutely recommend
