Low quality

The formula is so runny, it's such a messy application, and it takes forever to dry. It chips off just hours after application, and is just overall so low quality. It was my first time using anything by this brand, and I was not impressed. I don't plan to ever purchase anything from this brand in the future, and won't recommend it to anyone in my life. Incredibly disappointed.
