This is the first cleanser that I have used that doesn't irritate my skin, very gentle but effective. All of my makeup comes off even stubborn mascara. The one thing that I don't like is that it is a little drying to my cheeks which is the driest part of by face, I'm oily everywhere else. I just ordered the cleansing milk to see if it is less drying.
