I have very sensitive, acne-prone skin, and it doesn’t seem to cause any major issues. However, for reasons unknown to me, it does burn a bit upon first application but then dissipates. It has no noticeable smell or any added extras or pore-cloggers, which I like, however, I think it causes makeup (foundation etc) to separate when applied on top, and on top of this, it sometimes pills which is a real annoyance.
