I received this in a beauty kit and am shocked at the negative reviews. I did have an initial problem with the pump the second day, but the product was thrown in the bag and upside-down, after I stored it upright it came out perfectly. It goes on easily with a very light tingle, there is slight grit, but it dissipates quickly. It hits all the goals I want in a C serum, 20% L-Asorbic. I think the pump hits the mark of being “airtight” to preserve the formula. Price point is great for a C serum!
