I got this in a kit and loved the first bottle. I’ve ordered a 2nd bottle and the new packaging is terrible. First of all, the pump does not work. Second, the size is deceptive. Half of the packaging is just a hollow bottom. I also feel like the bottle wasn’t full. I’m having to scoop out product with a cotton swab. Disappointed.
