I am unable to use this product as it doesn't come with a plug. I have never known a purchase that requires charging, but doesn't include the means to do so. So now I have a product that was not inexpensive that is worthless as I can't use it, nor have any equipment that would allow me to do so. I'm not sure where I now legally stand, as I would argue that if im unable to use it that it constitutes as not being fit for purpose.
