Easy to open sachet and plenty of product on the mask. I always find these pre-cut masks hard to fit exactly on my face so I never hold that against the mask. The product felt good on my skin, very cooling and fresh. I think it left my skin softer and maybe a bit less pink. I did find that after use there was a lot of product left on my face which didn't sink in, even leaving it for about 20 mins and trying to massage it in. This left my skin feeling sticky so I had to rinse off residue, which felt a bit wasteful. I did put the mask back in the packet and reuse it another twice as there was so much liquid and it would be helpful if the package could be resealable for that reason.
