I was really excited to try this styler but unfortunately it hasn’t worked well for me. The curls do not last at all and drop within around 30 minutes, despite following the instructions and trying different methods. I’m also not sure if this is how it’s meant to work, but the on/off button does not turn on straight away. I have to hold it down for a long time before it switches on, which makes it very difficult and frustrating to use. I have contacted Lookfantastic to request a return due to the issue with the power button, but so far I have not received a response. I also have a video clearly showing this issue.
