I took a little while to work up the courage to use this device after I bought it. After doing a lot of online research about caring for the skin post-needling (high molecular weight hyaluronic acid is a must, but hard to find—hint, hint Dermstore), I dove in by trying the area under my eyes and below my brows. I used the most shallow setting for this first treatment and am happy with the results. Another tip: pre-treat with a medical grade numbing cream.
