I’ve been using the Armani Luminous Silk Hydrating and Brightening Concealer in shade 5.4 primarily as an under eye concealer. The shade itself is not a perfect match for my medium olive complexion, but it works surprisingly well for brightening the under eye area without looking heavy or overly peachy. The formula is where this concealer really shines. It has that signature Luminous Silk finish that makes the skin look smooth, hydrated, and naturally radiant rather than flat or caked. It layers beautifully over skincare and doesn’t settle into fine lines as aggressively as many fuller coverage concealers do. My only real complaint is the coverage level. For darker under eye circles, O wish it offered more correction on the first application. I usually need to build it up or pair it with a corrector to fully neutralize darkness. The finish remains beautiful even layered, but I would have loved just a bit more pigment upfront. Overall, It’s a lovely lightweight concealer for anyone who prioritizes a luminous, skin-like finish over maximum coverage. Think “well rested at golden hour” rather than full camouflage.
