This liquid blush has a satin finish and dries down pretty quickly. I actually wish it didn’t dry quite as quickly because I felt like I had trouble blending it out. When I used it the second time I made sure to blend it really quickly and that time it was definitely a lot easier and went on better. It’s not crazy pigmented which I prefer in a blush because it allows me to layer it and build it up.
