This blush blends seemlessly onto skin without removing the base underneath. Easy to apply with both brush and fingers. I think it would be nice as a pop of color without a skin base too. Doesn’t look powdery but dries down so it’s not glossy or tacky. It does dry fast so you’ll need to blend one cheek at a time. It lasted through an 8-hour work day which is all I really ask from a product.
