I didn’t realise the scrub contains menthol, and it caught me completely off guard! My scalp felt like cold air was blowing on it, and I wasn't prepared for this sensation. Now that I know what to expect, I will continue to use it because I don't want to waste it, but I wouldn’t repurchase it. The texture is very fine and gritty which makes it quite hard to use. My hair did feel fresh afterwards, but omg, be prepared for the weirdest cooling sensation!
