I have congested skin and I wanted a natural option in a pad form so the toner was pre-portioned (I tend to be way too liberal with my use of liquid toners). I used these in the morning and evening to leave my skin feeling extra clean and refreshed. I personally find that a half pad is the perfect size for my face so I cut the pads in half.
