Yes it has some fragrance and a few other unwanted ingredients, however shea butter, coco butter, squalane, ceramides, all work together for my dry mid forties skin. Acne prone and hyperpigmentation are soothed, the texture is lovely to me and I will be repurchasing . A+ for packaging too, very hygienic.
