It has successfully dried out every single pimple, white-head & evil under-surface monster I've had so far, without irritation - I don't get many so spot-treating (no pun) works well for me. Pay attention to guidance - it's so good I bought some for my bff & despite me shouting the instructions at her she immediately managed to bleach her pillowcase with it. It's potent!
